In response to student feedback we're pleased to announce that from Monday 16th April until Monday 2 July 8am the Library will be running a pilot of 24/7 opening.
Whether you need space for independent study, research, or group work the Library will now be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a trial period from Monday 16th April until Monday 2nd July, including bank holidays.
The University has agreed to fund this trial 24/7 service in response to student feedback. We hope that the trial will help to address the diversity of needs among the University community, such as students on placement and those with dependents or work commitments who may need to access library resources and facilities outside the standard working day.
After the trial period 24/7 opening all year round will begin from Monday 3 September 2012.
