York also offer one-to-one tours of the Library. These can be arranged at a time to suit you and will take approximately 30 minutes. A member of Library staff will show you around the facilities and explain the range of assistance and services that are offered. Tours can be booked via Disability Services, or you can contact the Library directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’re happy to explain the nature of your disability when you book the tour or when you arrive, it will help the Library to tailor their services to your needs.
